Archives: Week 35

The heart and soul of Shiny Happy World is in the archives. There are hundreds of free patterns and tutorials and it’s easy to be overwhelmed by all the information. Every Friday I share just a manageable sliver – a peek at what was happening during the same week of every year since the start of Shiny Happy World. This is Week 35.

It took me a LONG time to draw an octopus I was happy with. All those legs!

A sweet hippo! I love how much the eyelashes add – but you can leave them off if you don’t like stitching small bits like that.

2024

With the addition of this block I have patterns for all the great apes except humans. (You can use the chimpanzee pattern for bonobos.)
